Training from the Trunk

While onsite at events we provide training and distribution of Naloxone.

Naloxone is a life saving resource for an opioid overdose and is easy to administer with minimal training.

In August of 2023 Chayton and his mother were attending an event in a Langley park where Chayton found an individual unresponsive in a stall of a public washroom.

 He ran to his parents to tell them and Chayton’s father ran to their car to grab the naloxone kit while first aid attendants were notified. The first aid attendants did not have their own naloxone on them but were able to resuscitate this person with the naloxone kit we had provided Chayton with at one of our events.
